Virtual Paint Parties are hosted through ZOOM. All participants must download the ZOOM application before the scheduled event.

​

Virtual Paint Parties must be booked at least 7 days before your event​ to allow time for participants to purchase paint kits and have them delivered to them. 
 

At Least 4 paint kits must be purchased from our shop at least 7 days before your scheduled event to avoid cancellation of your virtual party where your Virtual Hosting Fee will not be refunded to you. (Kits can be purchased by one person or individually)

Partner Canvas Kits or Single Canvas Kits are available for purchase. Your party will be instructed on only 1 painting that has been picked by the organizer of the event. (Custom Paint Kits are available for purchase. If 'Custom Paint Option' is selected while booking your virtual party, you will be contacted by a team member to help create your artwork and name your event so that your participants can use the same name while purchasing their Custom Paint Kits. 

 

Fees

A $25 Virtual Hosting Fee must be paid in order to book your date and time. 

 
Cancellation
 

Refund of your $25 Virtual Hosting Fee is available if cancellation is requested within 5 days of your scheduled event. 

​

Parties canceled less than 5 days of your scheduled event is no longer eligible for a Virtual Hosting Fee refund.

Reschedule

 

Reschedule available with a 72 hour notice (based on availability).
