We're seeking passionate and talented Art Instructors to join our team and help us inspire and guide our participants in creating their own masterpieces.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct engaging and interactive painting sessions for both mobile and virtual events.
- Provide step-by-step instructions to participants, guiding them through the painting process.
- Create a positive and welcoming environment that encourages self-expression and creativity.
- Assist participants with questions, offer guidance, and provide artistic tips.
- Set up and organize art supplies for in-person events and prepare virtual sessions.
- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for participants, promoting a sense of accomplishment.

**Qualifications:**
- Artistic Skill: Proficient in painting and comfortable teaching various painting techniques.
- Communication: Clear and effective verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiasm: Passionate about art and able to inspire creativity in others.
- Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills, patient, and approachable.
- Adaptability: Flexible in adapting to different settings for mobile and virtual events.
- Technology: Comfortable with video conferencing platforms for virtual sessions (training provided if needed).

**Requirements:**
- Experience: Prior teaching, art instruction, or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Availability: Flexible schedule for evening and weekend events.
- Art Supplies: Ability to handle and set up art supplies for events (both in-person and virtual).

- Strong internet connection with personal laptop or computer
- Transportation: For in-person events (if applicable).
