Handkrafted by MHM, a fully mobile company, was started in the summer of 2006 to inspire children to engage in the wonderful world of art. After volunteering for many years as an arts & crafts instructor, founder, Melinda Hunter, wanted to bring the joy of painting to more children and families. She started by offering instructed paint services to only members of her family, close friends, and neighbors. From this, Handkrafted blossomed from just a hobby to a business. 

 

In 2017, Handkrafted helped bring smiles to hundreds of children’s faces and provided over 50 exciting adult paint parties. Following the devastating effects of hurricane Harvey where all supplies and equipment were lost in the flood, Handkrafted took a brief break to recover.

 

In May 2018, Handkrafted re-launched with a focus on providing not just instructed paint services, but also host affordable painting events that will give Texans the opportunity to participate in the fun at different venues throughout Texas.

 

Handkrafted by MHM is built off the love and passion of art from its founder. Art is freeing and inviting, and it is meant for everyone to experience.
